Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of the Terms of Use
Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start using the website and Happ. By clicking accept or agreeing to the Terms of Use, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy regarding money transfer services, whether for transactions initiated on the website or on Happ. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not use our online Money Transfer Service.
Cookies
A “cookie” is a text file that a web server transfers to your browser when you visit the website or Happ. They are commonly used by websites to improve your experience and enable systems to recognize your browsers. Only the information you provide or the choices you make while visiting a site can be stored in a cookie. For example, the site cannot determine your email address unless you choose to enter it. Allowing a site to create a cookie does not grant access to the remaining parts of your computer, and only the site that created the cookie can interpret it.
We may use cookies to help provide our services to you, allow you to switch pages during your visit without re-entering your password, track activities on our website, or determine if you came to our site from an affiliate site. We may use temporary cookies that expire and are automatically deleted when you close your browser window to enable actions when you are logged into your account. We may also use long-term cookies that expire in the distant future to better understand usage patterns, improve our service, or remember your preferences for our services. We may allow third parties to place cookies through our site to provide us with better information about the use of our services and user demographics or to deliver relevant advertising to you. These third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our services.
By accessing or using our services, you consent to the placement of cookies on your computer or other devices as described in this Privacy Policy. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse or limit cookies, but if you do, certain features of our website may be limited or may not function properly.
“Do Not Track” (DNT) is an optional browser setting that allows you to express your preferences regarding tracking by advertisers and other third parties. We do not use technology that recognizes DNT signals from your web browser.
Google Analytics
We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about the use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit it, which pages they visit, when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming here. We only use the information from Google Analytics to improve this site and Happ. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site and Happ, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected by Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone other than Google.
Information about Minors and Children
On our website and on Happ, we do not target, knowingly collect, or use personal information from children under the age of 13, who should not use this website or Happ. If a user is between 13 and 18 years old, they must obtain parental permission before using our services or website.
